Enjoyed a pint with lunch with Da Boss at the brewery on 10-16-20 for $6.50.
Beer was served a clear golden orange with a nice white head that had some good hang time.
Nose was toasted malts forward with a hint of dark bread.
Taste was really well balanced with a nice toasted malt backbone with a yeast strain that let dark bread shine thru. Finished clean and not sweet.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and fairly smooth.
Overall a nice balanced Marzen that was enjoyable to have!
