From a 473ml can, dated 04/16/2019. Served in a cervoise.
Pours like a glass of pulp-free OJ, with a finger-plus of soft white suds. Retention is just nearly pretty good but it does leave of solid curtain of sheer lacing.
It smells like orange juice, too, and with a clean, soft yeasty aroma reminiscent of fresh-baked white bread.
Taste is mild and juicy, predominantly sweet orange with a little lime or tart berry and flowery perfume. There is virtually zero detectable bitterness but instead a sort of alkaline dryness which serves to balance the fruity sweetness.
Feel is smooth and juicy, medium-thin bodied with fizzy, seltzer-like carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, super easy drinking NEIPA. It’s not a flavor-bomb by any stretch but it is flavorful, which is is to say that it’s tasty but not overpowering.

Crowler: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of juicy hops notes with light tropical fruit and some citrusy notes. Taste is a good mix of tropical juicy notes with some citrusy notes with nice floral undertones and some residuals sugar notes are also perceptible. Body is full with medium carbonation. Enjoyable IPA with nice juicy notes and some floral undertones with balanced residual sugar level.
