Copenhagen 1/4 2025. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. A boring brown building with a poisonous green background.
Pours opaque golden orange with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 2 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with subtle citrus scent. Sweet Peach, Mango and Oranges. Ripe. Lemon and Lime. Whiff of Resin.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is tart and dry
A Bank Hotel sounds like an incredible boring place to stay. But it's both I tense and flavorful.

Juicy flavors of Citrus and grapefruit, IPA that is similar to a NEIPA.

Crowler: Poured a fully hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium size pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of passion fruit and other tropical notes with some citrusy hops undertones and light dank notes is really enticing. Taste is a very enjoyable mix of passion fruit, mango and other tropical flavours with some citrusy floral undertones with light residual sugar notes and no discernible bitterness. Killer IPA and these Sabro hops are just wonderful.
