A: Beer pour a dark brownish black similar to a cola. Small creamy heady at first pour that quickly disappears after pouring. Not much lacing while drinking but overall looks like a typical stout. (4.25)
S: Sweet aromas up front and center. This beer has a nice chocolate cake like smell to it. Also getting a touch of a nutty smell, maybe peanuts or almonds. No real booze scent present. Nice beer on the nose. (4.5)
T: Taste is similar to the nose. However, the nuttiness seems to be more present instead of the cake like fragrance. Unsure on the ABV as there is not much booze burn going on here. (4.25)
M: Very smooth drinker. The mouthfeel is thick but not cloying. Really nice balance here. ABV seems lower as there isn't much aftertaste. Sweet chocolate and nuts linger about afterwards with no hint of ABV. (4.75)
O: Nice dessert style beer. Really solid thick mouthfeel with a birthday cake aftertaste. Would be better if there was a touch more alcohol in the beer or maybe a barrel aged version. All in all, this is a sweet milk chocolate tasting beer. Would drink this one again easily. (4.5)

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color ale with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge coconut notes with some sweet chocolate notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of huge coconut notes with some vanilla notes and sweet fudge notes with some almond notes also perceptible. Body is full with creamy texture and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol notes. Super enjoyable pastry stout.
