Copenhagen 7/2 2025. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Crude drawing of a guy suffering some kind of nervous breakdown squirting some yellow liquid on a very strange but thirsty crowd.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-size white head. Stable. Settles as a 2,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of Stone fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Mango and Peach. Alcohol. Oranges and Lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, light tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a harsh undertone. Lingering. Finish his bone dry.
Not much Watering Can over this potent DIPA.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical undertones and citrusy hops notes with some dry leafy hops notes. Taste is a mix of tropical notes with some leafy hops notes and citrusy hops undertones with a dry aftertaste. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Enjoyable and not as sweet as some of their other IPAs.
