Copenhagen 12/4 2025. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Black can with a drawing in white- Looks a bit like art from the Underground movement in the seventies.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles a 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a light sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric, tart scent. Sweet Peach and Pineapple. Whiff of fermentation and alcohol. Oranges and Grapefruit.
ight carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent and flavorful NEIPA.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tropical notes with some dry leafy hops notes and juicy citrusy floral undertones. Taste is also a mix of juicy floral undertones with some dry leafy hops notes and a somewhat dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA with nice juicy flavors while not showing too much residual sugar notes.
