Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and some light lacing. Aroma of strong bourbon and woody notes with some vanilla and light chocolate notes is also perceptible.Taste is also a mix of strong woody notes with some bourbon and vanilla and some dark chocolate with a dry finish. Body is pretty full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some apparent alcohol notes. Major barrel-aging notes in this stout.
