Copenhagen 17/3 2026. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh,Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Black can with a ghoulish clown face to keep up the jolly spirit.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of overripe fruit soon overpowered by a strong citric scent. Mango, passion fruit and petroleum. Grapefruit and lemon. A little searing.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and potent. Sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is quite dry
Despite a modest ABV this is a potent killer clown.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus hoppy notes with some huge floral hops undertones and some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of tropical hoppy notes with some juicy citrus hops notes and juicy floral undertones with a remarkably dry finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid pale ale with good use of Nelson hops.

Very decent hoppy pale. Drinkable and balanced. Latest box of hookups from Phil. Though not a classic American IPA or as they started to call it: West Coast.
