Imperial Stout BA matured in BLiS bourbon barrels having contained maple syrup with the addition of Saigon cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla.

Draught: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of sweet chocolate notes with clearly perceptible cinnamon notes and with some vanilla notes and bourbon notes. Taste is also a complex mix of chocolate notes with some cinnamon notes with vanilla and bourbon notes. Body is pretty full with creamy texture and medium carbonation with no real apparent alcohol notes. Well balanced pastry stout with a good mix of drinkability and complexity and just enough cinnamon.
