Draught: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with light retention and minor lacing notes. Aroma of sweet chocolate notes with some nutty flavors and maple syrup notes with some bourbon and vanilla notes. Taste is also a complex mix of chocolate notes with some nutty flavors and light maple syrup with some bourbon notes and light woody notes also perceptible. Body is pretty full with creamy texture and medium carbonation with some apparent alcohol notes. Well balanced pastry stout with a good mix of drinkability and complexity..
