Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of deep rich cocoa chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of deep rich cocoa chocolate notes with some vanilla notes with some smooth bourbon notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average with creamy mouthfeel and good carbonation with no real discernible alcohol notes. Solid chocolate based stout with nice barrel aging notes.
