Above average "coffee beer" that actually features the strength of a bitter coffee supported by a bit of sugar malt, rather than a sweet pastry stout.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with some floral coffee notes and some light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some floral coffee notes against some lactose residual notes. Body is pretty full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Interesting coffee stout but maybe too much sugar which kind of reduced the coffee flavors.
