Copenhagen 7/2 2024. 7,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. S. Red can with some strange signs dissolving into the red.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as an uneven, lumpy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet and fermented odor of over-ripe Stone fruits mingling with a potent citric scent. Peach, mango and alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and almost balanced by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and well-balanced.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and light mango/tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some mango and tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Interesting juicy NEIPA with nice tropical features.
