Copenhagen 13/11 2024. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. S. Adventurous can design with a weeping girl in surreal surroundings.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity odor barely hiding a fermented scent of alcohol. Sharp citric notes. Mango and passion fruit. Whiff of alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Solid and not too boozy DIPA.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and light tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Interesting juicy NEIPA with quite the hops punch.
