Can: Poured a clear yellow color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes and some herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some light sweet notes and light juicy herbal hops notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good lager with a clean malt bill and light new world hops notes.

This used nelson hop kief and it worked for drinkability, married well with the cerel malt. Enjoyable. Lots of subtle complexity. Well construed. Thanks, PhilB.
