Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color ale with a small brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt with some caramelized malt with some deep bourbon notes, oak and vanilla. Taste is also a mix of chocolate and caramelized malt notes with some residual sugar notes and oak and vanilla notes. Body is full with oily texture and good carbonation with some warming alcohol notes. Solid strong ale with plenty of complexities.
