Dark reddish amber with two fingers of off white foam. Lasting coverage and spotty lacing.
Malty aroma, toasted barley, light peanut butter, and lager yeast.
Toasted bread crusts and apple yeast esters, smooth and medium bodied with a mild bitterness in the finish. Easygoing carb level. A good Märzen, a little too sweet for me personally. Not sure why they label it a Festbier when it's not one.

Poured a fresh 12 oz bottle into a pilsner pint glass.
Look: Pours a dark Amber, with hues of orange and brown. Very thin but persistent head. Minimal lacing.
Smell: Sweet, yeasty malt. Overtones of caramel. Very simple nose profile.
Taste: Toasted caramel onset, strong wheat notes in the body. Distinctly stout aftertaste. A little bit of grassy flavor in the deeply-hidden hop profile. A tiny hint of sour/tartness in the finish.
Feel: Boozy and warming, moderate carbonation. A brew that fills your stomach.
Overall: This brew is a standard, simple malt-forward German-style Fall wheat beer. Nothing exceptional here, which is exactly what you want from a easy-drinker like this brew. Prost!

Aroma is malts/grains, fruit and Oktoberfest yeast. The flavor is fruit, mildly nutty malts and a mix of smooth and slight tartness/sweetness in the finish.
