IBU - 88
Appearance - When poured, this beer pours a hazy reddish brown. There is a moderate tan head that goes away after about 30-60 seconds. Small bubbles remain at the top.
Aroma - When you first smell this beer, there is a strong hoppy smell. The smell lightens up as it sits.
Flavor - You immediately get a strong hop flavor. Light to moderate bitterness as you continue.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation is Medium to High. Definitely not a light beer but not a heavy beer.
Overall - Balance and Drinkability is good. I'm not a big IPA fan, so it's hard to really and truly recommend. I will say if you do like hoppy beer and you like to drink local, this is my pick.
