Our take on an ESB, a traditional English-Style Pale Ale. Notes of caramel malt and spicy, earthy hops create the aroma, as well as the flavor, of this brew, with a slight amount of bitterness in the finish to balance it out.

On tap at the brewery; served in a tasting glass. Clear amber colored pour, with a white head that left a little spotty lacing. Light caramel and a little tart apple on the nose and palate, with an herbal and slightly spicy hop note. Medium light in body, with some nice bitterness and a clean finish. Excellent beer, good as a sipper or with pub fare. Recommended.
