This is a West Coast style IPA brewed with local wildflower honey and copious amounts of Amarillo and Simcoe hops. Feel free to use an Austin Powers voice when ordering this beer. Yea baby!

First had at the Hoppy Trout brewpub, Andrews, North Carolina, on draft into 10-oz. tulip. This excellent west coast 8.30 ABV Double IPA brewed with local wildflower honey may be the best beer brewed with honey that I’ve yet had.
