I drank this at The Hoppy Trout Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Andrews NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass with crushed Graham crackers on the rim.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy head that lasted.
Smells lightly malty, chocolate.
Taste follows the nose nicely, sweet, dark chocolate.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style, well carbonated.
Overall a very nice milk stout desert beer, maybe next time with a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
Cheers!

Had at Hoppy Trout brewpub, Andrews, North Carolina, on draft into pint tumbler.
Dr. S’more is made with Graham crackers, chocolate and vanilla, has a nice chocolate aroma, and is served with crushed Graham crackers on the rim, and a toasted marshmallow, which I declined, erroneously as turned out, since the marshmallow must be to ameliorate the rather cola-like body.
