What is Æther? Æther was a hypothetical substance thought to occupy all space. Scientists later defined this as dark matter and the Æther became a myth. Thanks science, sheesh!
This New England style IPA is made intentionally hazy by using oats and wheat in the brewing process. It's heavily dry hopped with Galaxy, Azacca, and Citra hops. Drinking this may take you out of this world, "Into the Æther".

Drinking this at The Hoppy Trout Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Andrews NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks yellow gold, hazy with an off white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, citrusy grapefruit orange.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very nice NEIPA that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

New England IPA brewed with Azacca, Mosaic, and Columbus hops. Poured from a can into a New Belgium tulip. The pour is dark gold (especially dark for the style), hazy, and sports a finger of rocky off-white foam. Mild nose with some biscuit notes as well as pineapple, lemon, and orange.
Medium body with an oily feel. Low carbonation. Up front I get fresh toast with marmalade, then at mid-palate the hops intensify to flavors of lemon zest and grapefruit. The bitterness is citrusy and pleasant and not abbrasive, though it is quite biting for a New England IPA.
I had this beer at the brewery and it's much better on tap. Some additional carbonation would help, as the bubbles help to open the palate. I'm glad this brewer has decided to start canning some beer. Hopefully there are plans to can "Juggling Molecules" in the future.
