Drinking this at The Hoppy Trout Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Andrews NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a very foamy, thick, full, tan colored head. Gotta love Nitro, right?
Smells malty, sweet, chocolate.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a very nice creamy finish.
Overall I liked the Nitro but I know everyone doesn't.
This is definitely a good example of a Brown Ale, but not sure if Nitro is a part of the style as I think they are usually not so carbonated.
