Puolet ja puolet means half and half in Finnish. With this beer we wanted to celebrate both Europe and Australia. The beer is a bitter sweet kettle sour. The tart base beer is infused with Nordic lingon berries and then dry hopped with Australian Ella hops. The taste is tart and refreshing with the berries bringing a distinct bitter sweet flavour that is backed up by Ellas signature characteristics of grapefruit, star anise and guava.
