Our IPL is single hopped with Idaho Gem. Named after it's home state the hop produces flavours of candied fruit, pineapple and cherry. The sweet fruit flavours are balanced against some more herbacious and spicy notes that come out from using Idaho Gem in the kettle. The malt bills is refined to let this fantastic hop show it's true colours.
