Poured a black body with minimal head and no lace at all. Mild coffee/java-like aroma with a roasted dryness and mild cocoa nib smell as well. Smooth, medium to heavy body, mostly a chocolate sweetness peeks through and this is aided by a lack of bitterness. The ABV is well-hidden and the touch of something like caramel malt and nutty sweetness add to the chocolate and touches of coffee/java for a balanced and multi-flavored beer.
