Solid but unexciting blonde ale. Balanced and unobtrusive. Hops notes are minimal, maybe some light herbal character. Malt focus in the flavor profile is fairly bland but clean with some light malt sweetness.

LOOK: 3.25
Clear with just a little cloudiness, Pale, Straw-Yellow; Bright; Foamy head fades to think white ring
SMELL: 4.0
Medium Intensity; Yeast, Bubblegum, Herbal hop with a little resiny darkness, Orange, Mango; Classic blonde on first smell morphs into more complex lovely bouquet
TASTE: 3.5
Orange, Mango, Tart Pineapple, Peachy, Lemon, Fresh, Bright, Bitterness increases across the palate though moderate by breadth malt; Finishes kinda powdery and almost cloying in its orange pithiness, greener then most blondes
FEEL: 3.75
Bright, silky, smooth, with a touch of stickiness towards the end, clean finish
OVERALL: 3.75
Very interesting blonde! I think the reported 50IBUs kinda shows on the palate. BJCP report blonde IBUs maxing our at 28 so interesting outlier. Overall really nice and refreshing!
