Solid Czech-style Pilsner. A little sulfuric off the top but then calmed to medium bitterness with grainy pils malt base and floral, spicy noble hops note.

LOOK:
Clear, Pale, straw with thin but present white head and beautiful lacing
SMELL:
Medium intensity; White bread, raw barley, white flowers, basil; simple but enjoyable
TASTE:
Basil, sourdough bread, raw barley, barley astrigiency, lemon rind, white flower, yellow flower, orange; nice balance between hop and malt
FEEL:
Very crisp, clean and bright
OVERALL:
Very nice, gluten reduced beer! Very nice beer in general. Refreshing, herbal and so easy to drink that I had to force myself to write this review before finishing the beer!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
