Thanks to rudzud, canned no date
Pours a large foamy dense head with great retention, some soapy lacing, slight hazy lemony straw color
Nose explodes with citrus zest and floral grassy hops, grapefruit zest, other unique citrus aromas, light cereal grain, faint tropical note, touch of earthy soil too
Taste more pithy citrus, grapefruit and passion fruit out front, some other tropical like citrus fruits, an interesting green-melony-stone-fruit thing late, a bit floral and grassy, medium to lighter hop bitterness at first with some mild sweet grainy malt to balance, then getting very hoppy bitter on the finish, medium-high bitterness with a drier finish, lingering pithy citrus
Mouth is med bod, a bit soft juicy, medium fluffy carb
Overall not bad, nice hop presence and malt to balance out front, nice bitter finish, good hop flavors but not incredible, an easy drinking IPA

Picked up a 4 pack of this at the brewery today.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice mostly clear golden hue with a fat two finger white head that fades slowly to leave nice lacing and a dense, creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of light canned pineapple juice and syrup, flashes of pithy citrus, light floral hops as well. Also flashes of a generic tropical fruit / passion fruit as well.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with really light pineapple notes, not juicy but more syrupy, flashes of citrus peel and some light passion fruit as well. Finish is light lingering bitterness as well, bit pithy. Fainter malts. There is an almost flash of alcohol towards the back end.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, decent body though is just a hair thin.
O - Overall this was a solid enough IPA. I wish the Azacca pineapple notes were a bit more prominent here though. Someone tried telling me this was a New England IPA and I really hope they're wrong because if this is a New England IPA it's incredibly flawed, especially on the appearance.
