I visited Stones Throw this last weekend while exploring up in the Bellingham area. It's a neat little space, with a small and cozy indoor area and a whole ton of heated, covered outdoor space. The vibe is totally a welcoming living room type of experience; it is right up my alley. They even have an AirBnB attached!
On my visit, they had 6 of their beers plus a seltzer; they also have cider, wine and gluhwein. The styles on offer were pretty standard: a lager, 2 IPAs, a porter, a pale, a blonde. The hazy IPA was tasty; the lager was not bad, and the porter was perfectly decent but doesn't blow my mind. I would say overall the beer is worth checking out, and it's definitely a chill place to relax with a good brew.

A cute little taproom with most of the seating area out front and in back, with all umbrellas over picnic tables on gravel. All wood interior, which is fairly small and kind of cozy. On a side street in central Fairhaven waterfront district of Bellingham, which is one of the best parts of the area.

Give them a couple of years, they will improve the beer. Not that they are bad at this point. It is comfortable and friendly, with good food trucks normally and people who like what they are doing. Good way to spend a couple of hours.

This is a house converted into a brewery. Good sized front patio seating, small taproom, followed by two other outdoor spaces with a fire pit (covered) and a sundeck right on top of the brew house. Really a cool space I thought especially with these cooling holes built into the bar for your pint glass. Beers were solid with potential to improve. Ginger ale was rather good though, well balanced to not be too sweet or too much ginger either. People were nice and really helpful. Will check it out again in a few months to see new beers.
