Appearance: clear with a golden yellow colour. The head is white, foamy and very large. It may not be long lasting but presents some lacing.
Aroma: sweet malts, grainy and fruity.
Taste: alcohol (not very strong), sweet malts and grains. Some fruit notes.
Mouthfeel: smooth, medium to high carbonation, high alcoholic strength (8.4% ABV) and a full body.
Finish: medium length sweet warming aftertaste.
Overall: strong beer but the alcohol is not overwhelming which makes this beer nice and round. Could use more hops. Not great but enjoyable.
