Copenhagen 8/6 2017. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Part of a Giftbox of German and Czech Beer. Happy German fellow sporting a glass of pale wheat beer. Not the best advertisement of a Dunkel.
Pours hazy dark amber with big white head. Settles as fine thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet banana, lemonade and tart berries.
Medium strong carbonation an watery palate.
Flavor is rather sweet but balanced by tart sourness. Aftertaste is mostly sour with some sweet notes.
Unfortunately rather thin and watery. Quite generic but slightly weak Dunkelweizen. Not even the guy on the label seems to be willing to drink it.
