This beer poured a hazy copper color with a thin off-white head.
The aroma was sweet with banana, clove, and honey
The initial taste was sweet with banana notes. The sweetness is quickly cut by the taste of cloves. The honey is the last thing that you taste.
The mouthfeel of this beer is the most interesting part of it. It starts off feeling light and crisp, but it warms quickly to a medium body. As the beer continues to warm, it becomes heavy just as the honey taste comes through.
Overall, this beer is quite interesting. The flavors are complex, but the mouthfeel is even more interesting. This was quite a unique beer.
