500ml bottle here in Bavaria. A deep hazy amber. The initial taste is slightly sour with a fruity apple note. The middle section is sour, slightly yeasty, and again with a hint of apple. The finish is sour, a little yeasty, and also slightly hoppy, with another subtle apple note and a distinct taste of wheat malt. Conclusion: A successful, fruity Weizenbock. Delicious!

From the bottle, it pours a hazy dirty looking amber with a modest, for a weisse, head that slowly diminishes. In the nose, it is bready with lots of banana notes. In the mouth, it ifollows the nose with a very nice banana flavored bready brew.
Not sure what is different from my first try in this, possibly my tastebuds were not working at the time.
