Went during their soft opening. Located in West Charlotte, near the 'hood. Took over an old mill, I think and fixed it well with lots of wood throughout the brewery.
Quality of the beer was decent. The Kolsch was outstanding. The other beers were decent. Nice staff...attentive.
They had 4 beers available (ran out of the amber). Can buy kegs and growlers as well.
