Kinda the way I felt about the majority of the lagers and ales in country- close but no cigar. Not as crisp as you would like. Doesn't pack a punch of flavor in any aspect but not bad. Cool label. Drinkable but just OK

They do a golden ale/session IPA Hopopotamus too but this is for the lager version.
Pours copper tinged gold, light head.
Aroma of grapejuice, fruity, not much like a pils although they do say it is dry hopped. I don't think it works but it's not offensive in any way
Taste is full on grapejuice, mildly bitter middle, tart dry finish. Again, it doesn't really work
swing and a miss although if you want a grapejuice (not wine) flavoured beer I couldn't recommend this enough

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
