White beer with wheat and yuzu. Citrus flavors and some spices reminiscent of Belgian Beers. For a Japanese-inspired beer, this tastes like some good Belgian beers.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of Belgian yeast and yuzu fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has flavors of Belgian yeast along with hints of yuzu fruit, the latter of which get a bit stronger as the beer warms up.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't dry compared to other beers in the style with the presence of yuzu fruit.
Serving type: can

This means 'Rising Sun' in French and supposed to be inspired by the citrus flavours of Japan via Yuzu. I don't know what Yuzu tastes like unfortunately but from what I read it's a cross of grapefruit and lime and dare I say I think this does appear in both taste and aroma here. Pours hazy, yellow color with medium lace that dissipates quick enough. I detect a hint of peach to go along with the citrus. Pretty standard witbier but a little too much of a bitter finish along with strong carbonation. There are better out there. Okay overall.
