Had on tap at the brewery. Pours clear, copper in color with one inch head. Taste is dark bread and toasted malt. Slightly sweet, medium light bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice American rendition. Not on par with the German big boys but good. Will get more.

New local brewery, canned 2022/08/11
Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, little lacing, crystal clear orange to tan color
Nose grainy toasty malt, little bready, rich malt, lager softness but don't get decoction, toasty and light herbal hop
Taste more rich malt, cereal, grain, toasty, straw, rich slightly layered malt but don't think decoction, soft lager, light herbal hop with a touch of bitterness, drier finish, with a med to lighter spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med slight prickly carb
Overall quite nice, actually a marzen and not caramel syrup thing that most Americans make, great malt forward, hops maybe a bit too light, and don't think it's a decoction, but otherwise well done. Need to get more from this brewery

First time I've seen a canned Oktoberfest from Ragged Island. A new (to me at least) and very welcome example of my favorite seasonal product.
