Drank from a can born on 3/22/24. Tastes of bready crackers with taste of decent hop bitterness. A bit strong for the style, which, in my opinion, the tracks a little bit from the Pilsner spirit and intent. Overall not too bad.

From a can. Golden color with white head. Smells of light malt and floral hops. Medium feel, more substantial than many pilsners. Sweet malt flavors with spicy hops. Very good!

Poured from an undated 12 oz. can: typical pilsner pour with a clear golden hue and a foamy white head that quickly dissipated. Cheesy statement on the can, "Life is too short to drink baaaad beer!" It's a goat...oh well.
Some faint herbal European hops are evident in the aroma.
Now, this is a malt accented pilsner with cracker-like malt flavors while maintaining a zesty hop profile - very tangy and fresh aftertaste is very appealing. Absolutely thirst-quenching, this is perfect for a hot August evening in Florida.
This one reminds me a lot of Lagunitas' PILS; both are sweeter and have a higher alcohol content than your typical pilsner, but both are immensely satisfying. My second very good offering from this brewery.

From a 12 oz can into my Sam Adams “perfect pint” glass, clear yellow/gold color with a medium amount of precipitating carbonation. Thick white cap quickly fades to thin cap and collar with no clinging lace. Nose leans toward the sweet side with notes of grass and bread with faint hints of pine. In the mouth it’s still sweet but well balanced against a bitter hop backbone. Nicely crisp and quenching in the mouth. Well balanced. Overall a solid but unremarkable Pilsner.

I tried this at the City Hardware in Florence, AL. It poured a clear golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had hits of biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bread base. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer.
