I get where Lean Tom Is coming from but I really like the dominant coffee with the lighter-than-usual stout feel. The clear winner at Jughandle but if you like the real Berliner Weisse with the syrup, the homemade raspberry was a fun diversion.

This was by far the best beer that they had today. It was good but, as with the other beers, it must be improved. Here goes:
A: Best thing about the beer. Pitch black body; pours a massive white head that leaves great lacing. Great.
S: Good. Roasted coffee, some chocolate and lactose. Pretty creamy as well.
T: Not bad; not very good either. Very safe/generic imperial stout. Can taste coffee, some chocolate, maybe a hint of dark fruit in the aftertaste. Very light relative to the smell, however - wish it was more robust.
F: Very light. Not exactly thin, but wish there was more of a mouthfeel.
O: An OK offering. Would have again...probably.
