This brewery is located on a country road a bit south of Eugene. It sits on a hill so there is a nice view from the pub and patio. The interior has a fair amount of seating, including some seats at the bar. The patio has picnic tables with umbrellas or sails for shade. An overhead door can be opened for free access to the patio. A second overhead door has glass panels so that the brewing equipment is visible. Rustic is a good description for the interior finishes. I like it. A small building at the front has recently been added, and it contains the kitchen. Service is at the bar, and the bartender was prompt and helpful in describing the beers.
There were 8 beers and one cider on tap plus 3 guest beers. The brewery offers a pre-set sampler flight of 4 beers (two of which took a medal at the 2024 GABF), but the bartender let us substitute one that I really wanted to try. Each of their beers are so unique that I can't say that they are 'brewed to style' so my rating of each is based on how close the beer meets the description on the menu, along with how well I liked the beer. Each of the four beers was rated between 4.25 and 4.75. The Rhino Bones Imperial Stout was my favorite because I'm partial to beers that spend time in a bourbon barrel. My overall score from my ratings was 4.50.
The food menu here is limited, but the two items that we ordered for lunch rated just as high as the beers. Besides the beers, they also make wine here, and three were on the menu to order by the glass. Six non-alcoholic beverage offerings were also listed. Beers are available in bottles to go, including some that are not on the current menu. Without question, this is the best wild ale brewery that I have experienced, and they are deserving of the Brewery of the Year medal in their size category that was awarded at the 2024 GABF. A visit here is highly recommended if you like wild ales.

Great spot on a little rise with a nice view of the valley, a bit south of Eugene. Smallish, rustic taproom with a straight bar along the back wall that seats 6 or 7 with some tables inside and many more on the wrap-a-round patio. A dozen beers on tap, plus bottles for on site, or to go. Their focus is farmhouse ales and barrel aging... nice stuff. Food truck.

One of the better venue set ups that I have been to. A winery-styled country brewery with a focus on barrel aged and farm-house styled beers is perfect. The beer selection varies, the food options vary, but man is the scenery and set up worth it. It is also dog friendly which always scores huge points. Highly recommended visit if you are in the Eugene area. Great for a date, fancy evening out, or just wanting to relax in the country.
