16 ounce Prowler bought at Liquor Shed.
Pours a clear medium gold, fairly long lasting head of foam.
It has a pretty intense grapefruit bitterness in the smell. Matched almost equally by an intense caramel malt character. Somewhat boozy aromas as well; not a lightweight at 10%abv.
The taste, pardon my redundancy, is intense. Very very bitter grapefruit, caramel malt swamps my palate as well. I can feel the heat from the alcohol but it is minimal in the taste.
Medium bodied with the same for the carbonation.
Not for the timid and sure isn't meant to be sessioned on. I will enjoy the rest of the 16 ounces.
