Beer in collaboration with Arpus, a Latvian brewery very well known for hoppy beers.
In this summer beer, in addition to the addition of oats, Galaxy hops (Australia) and BRU-1 (USA) were used (certainly in dry hooing given the freshness given off), I did not remember, perhaps never heard, and I discovered that it is an experimental variety that was developed already in 2016 thanks to Brulotte Farms in the Yakima Valley).
Very clear, slightly opaque but not too much.
Citrus and tropical fruit on the nose.
In the mouth a little flat, perhaps a little lack of carbonation, but very tasty: not only citrus fruits (ripe orange, grapefruit) but also a lot of peach, apricot, melon and more tropical notes of pineapple.
Truly explosive and enveloping taste.
A light note of cereal is perceived due to oats.
Pleasant bitter finish, while lively notes of tropical fruit remain on the palate (especially peach and melon).
