Served in a snifter glass from the can.
Appearance: Very hazy darker gold color with a half a finger's length in height off white head.
Smell: Caramel hops aroma which is pretty sticky to the nose.
Taste: Complex sweet and malty consisting of bitter malt meshed with corn meal/farina. It has a mellow sweetness to it which is hard to let go.
Mouth: Sticky with a soft carbonation. Has a sweet subtle finish to the brew comes off semi sticky.
Overall: Great gift from a great friend. An imperial NEIPA which doesn't want to be like the rest of them. Salud!
