The brewer calls this a “heavily hopped session IPA”. Dry hopped with Cascade NZ, Talus, and HBC586, and brewed with barley malt and flaked oats.

Poured from 440mL can into my Belvárosi sörfesztivál tulip. Best by 4/25/25.
Appearance: light, pale yellow hue with lots of haze and a thick head of frothy ivory foam atop. Looks good!
Smell: lightly sweet malt with some zesty citrus hops that have a bit of a sharp edge to them. Don’t quite love the sharpness, but I definitely believe the “heavily hopped” claim on the label.
Taste: malt is a little bit sweeter than I would have guessed based on the aroma; I dig the oats in here. Like the aroma, the hops are citrus and just a little bit sharp. That said, while I still don’t love that one element of the hops, the malt base is SUPER good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: they’ve definitely successfully employed oats in this beer; I really like the base of it. The hop sharpness is rounded out somewhat in the flavor, compared to the aroma. I definitely want to try more from this brewery, though!
