Copenhagen 16/5 2025. 44 cl can from Hos Rune Bottle Shop, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Brown can with something that looks like irregular masonry.
Pours opaque, slightly dirty, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable, Settles as an uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Hint of sulphur. grapefruit in abundance. Lime and lemon. Sharp.
Light carbonation- Slighty thick, oily, soft. almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citric touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Potent sulfurous specimen.
