Frederiksberg 11/3 2026. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of stone fruit soon overpowered by tart citrus fruit. Sweet peach and nectarine. Tart citrus and lime. Sour and sharp. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart, sourish bitternes. Aftertaste is tart and dry.
