L: Chestnut colour with a trace of suspended yeast. Head is off-white and short-lived.
S: Sweet, malty & fruity.
T: Follows the nose. Rich orchard fruits, toffee, brown sugar & hints of woodsmoke.
F: Rich & smooth with a bite of carbonation & bitterness. Dry, long-lasting finish.
O: My first altbier. Hugely enjoyable. Tastes and feels more than its 5.5% alcohol.
