Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is fruity ad a bit erbal with notes of citrus and crackers. A weird, cheesy hint gets in the way.
Taste is mostly fruity and crackery but with this strange cheesiness tinge about. it. Notes of citrus, grapes and a bit of rye, with solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good lager, made a bit confusing by the cheese.
