Two-year-old bottle.Hazy yellow color with a big, white head. Pickled apples , wheat , and some funk in aroma. Light sourness and fruit/wheat sweetness in taste.

Peach is prominent, as is apricot. No sourness or lacto here, but it's soft and approachable.
